The Medibank Feel Good Program offers free fitness classes at Southbank parklands. This week, they are launching their Free Yoga Challenge! Fly solo or with your friends under the Brisbane River’s greenery for relaxation and laughter.
A water bottle and towel are essential if you need a yoga mat. However, if you do, your beach towel is just as good. To attend classes, you must pre-register. The first class will be held on Saturday, October 3rd, from 8-8.45 am. The second class will take place on Monday, 5:15-6:15 pm. Saturday’s class will be from 8-8.45 am.
